    Return Policy The Happy Heifer carries some of the highest quailty leather items from across the world made by some of the most talented leather makers in the country. Please note leather and cowhide nautrally change color over time giving it that unique and authentic craftsmanship. All shipments are inspected by the craftsment prior to my purchase. I ship my items out within 3 to 5 buisness days. Please report all damages to us within 7 days of delivery. All returns will be given the exact same amount towards store credit. If an item is non-defective please contact me within 7 days of the invoice/receipt date. We will exchange defective and non-defective items only if they are unused and still have tags attached. They must be returned with the invoice, within 7 days from the shipping date.
